What is StaffMatrix?
- We are an HR outsource management services and consulting firm. Formed by Human Resource staffing industry professionals, we provide corporations with a 360-degree solution for flexible workforce management. Starting with the development of flexible workforce strategies for corporations we manage procurement, order fulfillment, all administration, reporting and deliver quality and fiscal management.
- Flexible staffing can represent a major expense for corporations yet be a small percentage of their total workforce. While management is focused on their full-time workforce, opportunities for quality improvement and cost reductions in flexible staffing slip under the "radar gun". StaffMatrix offers management services that enable corporations to gain full value from their investment in flexible staffing.
- No. StaffMatrix does not recruit or provide placement services. We provide management services that put flexible workforce management on the same level of accountability for performance as the full-time workforce.
- Our proprietary web-based software creates the opportunity to provide the management services. The management services are based upon over 35 years of staffing industry and Human Resources management experience.
- The software was in development for two years and went live with the formation of the Corporation on November 15, 2000. The business concept was developed by the owners of Staffing Solutions Enterprises which has been in business since 1974.
- We are already fully operational with over thirty clients servicing many of them nationally. The results we have achieved to-date have exceeded our clients and our expectations.
- We do not know of another company offering the solutions based services of StaffMatrix. First we help companies define and achieve financial objectives based upon operating goals. Staffing and technology companies offer spend reduction through reductions in pricing. Secondly, to drive quality, we deliver services based upon a "Best of Class" criteria for vendors. Thirdly, everyone involved in the staffing cycle is focused on meeting shared goals and achieving results.
- No. If you are happy with your current providers, we recommend that you do not change. You can still benefit from the StaffMatrix service.
- Based upon your recommendation, we will offer your staffing company the opportunity to join our network. Very few have declined.
- We will do a pre-contract evaluation and estimate the opportunities you have for cost reductions. Your decision to use the service will be based upon a factual analysis and the creation of measurable goals.
- Full implementation of the StaffMatrix system will eliminate almost all administration for the HR staff. Requisition processing, invoice processing and reporting can all disappear. HR staff will have the opportunity to have increased focus on operating results and workforce performance.
- No. As a matter of fact it will make it easier for them to obtain flexible staffing services when they need them. With reductions in turnover and improvement in quality, it will also reduce their overall workload.
- StaffMatrix handles most of the implementation work. You will have to participate in data collection and decision making, taking a minimal amount of staff time.
