Recruitment Process

Extensive Screening

We follow rigid guidelines to ensure that only the best-qualified candidates are presented to clients.

Our Candidates:

  • Undergo background screening including past employment and criminal history 
  • Are credit checked and drug screened as required by client
  • Meet all requirements for positions of public trust and/or other clearances
  • Have the aptitude, attitude, experience and skills to be successful
  • Have thorough knowledge of requirements and expectations of each assignment
