STAFFING SOLUTIONS GROWTH LEADS TO ORGANIZATIONAL EXPANSION WITH NEW HIRES ON BOARD
CLEVELAND, Ohio (August 4, 2005)
— Staffing Solutions, an industry leader in staffing and workforce management today announced the hiring of Rita Pesecky, Director of Business Development and Dawn Zima, Customer Experience Manager to serve, build and grow the company’s roster of regional and national clients, including key Fortune 500 Companies in the Cleveland area. Both Pesecky and Zima bring extensive experience and talent to the Staffing Solutions team.
As part of our extensive growth and expansion plans Rita Pesecky has joined our company as Business Development Director. In Rita’s new role she will lead the development and implementation of StaffMatrix, an outsourced human capital management system which transforms how organizations manage contingent workforces. Rita’s primary role will be consulting with companies and providing solutions on how they can manage their contingent workforce and retain the best qualified professionals to sustain long-term growth and success in the 21st century.
Rita formerly worked as an independent consultant offering human resources, training, workforce development and company branding solutions. She was instrumental in helping companies position themselves as best-in-class employers. Rita also managed marketing campaigns and developed and managed all aspects of marketing programs, including public relations, trade shows, e-mail campaigns, web site enhancements and customer referral programs. She helped Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations in the Cleveland area expand their presence in the market. Pesecky stated, "As Business Development Director, I’m looking forward to working closely with our clients to ensure we exceed their expectations and help them achieve their staffing objectives in a proactive mode."
Pesecky has over 20 years of business experience, and earned her B.A. in Social Sciences from Hiram College. She lends her support to the community by volunteering at Providence House, a Crisis Nursery.
Ms. Zima formerly worked at Avery Dennison and was responsible for the Company’s recruiting efforts. Zima brings depth and experience in the customer service sector of Staffing Solutions. As a seasoned business professional, she understands the importance of servicing customers and developing solid relationships.
Ms. Zima graduated from Malone College with a B.A. in Management. She is also a board member for the Cleveland Society of Human Resource Management and is a Chairperson for the Employment Management Association.
As Customer Experience Manager for Staffing Solutions, Zima will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the staffing business, which includes the following employer services: Temp, (assigned employees,) Temp-to-hire and Direct Placement. "I welcome the opportunity to service, maintain and grow Staffing Solutions’ client base by continuing the company’s quality assurance mission. My goal is to ensure that all activities of Staffing Solutions be directed toward delivering a compelling client experience," stated Zima.
