Staffing Solutions announces the appointment of SueAnn Naso as Chief Customer Officer
CLEVELAND - Ohio- based
Staffing Solutions Enterprises announced the promotion of SueAnn
Naso to the newly created position of Chief Customer Officer.
Ms. Naso, formerly serving as Vice President of Business Development,
joined Staffing Solutions in 1992.
In Ms. Naso's expanded role, she is responsible
for development of CRM/TQM strategies. "As Chief Customer
Officer, SueAnn will ensure that all the activities of Staffing
Solutions Enterprises are directed toward delivering a compelling
client experience" said Carmella Calta, CEO. "Her leadership
and focus on creating value and lifetime relationships make her
the perfect choice for this important role. Her promotion is
very well deserved."
Ms. Naso most recently led the development
and implementation of StaffMatrix, an outsourced human capital
management system which transformed how organizations manage
contingent workforces. As Chief Customer Officer she will continue
to provide strategic oversight to new product development and
technology.
Ms. Naso is a graduate of Bowling Green State
University and serves on the Board of The Employment Management
Association, and is an active member of the Cleveland Society
