Staffing Solutions Wins 2009 Pillar Award for Community Service

Staffing Solutions Enterprises has been named as a recipient of the Medical Mutual Pillar Award for Community Service by Smart Business magazine, the management journal published by Smart Business Network, Inc..  

For over 35 years, Staffing Solutions has been a source of support for the Northeast Ohio community.  The company participates in the Pacesetter Campaign for the United Way every year with 100% staff participation and contribution increases of 5% each year.  Staffing Solutions has also incorporated a twelve month SSE Give Back Program to support such charities as the Special Olympics, March of Dimes, Make a Wish, Project Love, The City Mission, USO and more.  Staffing Solutions contributes to more than 25 other local organizations each year. 

The 2009 Medical Mutual Pillar Award for Community Service honors businesses of all types and sizes that make outstanding contributions to their community.  Its purpose is to encourage a charitable environment, recognize creative efforts that make a difference and demonstrate the ties between the for-profit and nonprofit worlds.  The award is also sponsored by CVS/Caremark, Fifth Third Bank, Fairmount Minerals, Rea & Associated, McDonald Hopkins, Le Chaperon Rouge, LaCentre Conference & Banquet Facility and Hughie’s Audio Visual and Computer Services.
