Naso Appointed President of Staffing Solutions Enterprises

Staffing Solutions Enterprises (SSE), Northeast Ohio’s leading provider of innovative, full-service recruitment solutions, has promoted SueAnn Naso to President, it was announced today by CEO and Founder Carmella Calta. In addition to leading SSE’s day-to-day operations as the company marks its 35th anniversary year, Naso will join with Calta to execute an enhanced vision for the firm by advising companies on their workforce management issues and helping them to break out of the current business paralysis in this challenging economic environment.“SueAnn’s well-deserved promotion gives us the opportunity to provide our clients with an even broader and more sophisticated range of services,” Calta said, “from traditional staffing to the sophisticated workforce management solutions that can help Northeast Ohio business leaders forge ahead and re-think new opportunities and risks in the current environment.   We believe this new vision and our enhanced management team give SSE the opportunity to move to the next level by helping our clients deal with this new economy.  It will allow us to break away from the status quo embraced by our more traditional staffing competitors.”

Naso, with over two decades of staffing and recruitment experience, has been SSE’s Chief Customer Officer since 2005.  She joined the company in 1992 as Business Development Manager and was later promoted to Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Vice President, Business Development.

Naso holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University.  She is on the board of Cleveland SHRM as President  Elect, and is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth and the Northeast Ohio Human Resource Planning Society.
