As a leading recruiting and staffing provider, SSE has made a corporate commitment to minimize its carbon footprint by adopting a paperless organization system and promote the three R’s: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.

SSE Goes Paperless

Our workday at SSE is designed around an electronic data system, reducing our dependence on wasteful paper-trail procedures.  All job orders and postings are handled electronically providing an easier and faster process for clients and job seekers.  We have also developed an electronic talent database that puts all available talent at a recruiter’s fingertips in an instant reducing the need for printed files. 

SSE has also eliminated the need for paper timesheets with SSE TimeConnect.  This electronic technology allows time approval without the reliance on paper timecards and helps speed up the approval process for clients and employees.

Our Think, Then Print initiative not only saves paper, but also reduces the need for physical storage and simplifies document searching. 

SSE Employee Green Program

SSE has also established a corporate green program which provides education and awareness to employees on ways to make environmentally friendly choices at the office and at home, such as recycling, reducing consumption and reusing materials.
