They were more than helpful with the interview to find out what background I had and how I could apply it. They found temporary assignments that were not only in my field, but interested me and explained each one as they came about. One ended up getting extended and eventually turned into a full time job. "I was laid off due to a merger in July. I started looking for work in November and signed up with various temporary agencies in my geographic area in order to find work. I heard only from one agency and only had one interview…I decided I would go to Staffing Solutions and apply and do my testing and interview even though it was a drive for me. Staffing Solutions called me at least weekly and they were diligent in trying to find a job for me. They are the only ones who cared enough to really "work" for me and I appreciate it! "I came from a banking background, and leaving the field is somewhat hard to do because you get into a comfort zone. Once I made up my mind to make my move I knew I had to begin networking. I spoke with friends and colleagues. I spoke of how I wanted a career not just a job. A friend of mine told me about Staffing Solutions and I thank God for that information. "In September 04 Staffing Solutions placed me on an assignment. During my assignment Staffing Solutions kept in touch making sure I was doing well. Each week I came into the SSE office to turn in my time card and each time someone was eager to speak with me and make me feel welcome. SSE has made many efforts to show that they truly cared about me and my life. They even remembered I had a daughter after telling her the first time we met. SSE has made such a positive difference in my experience that I felt it could not go unnoticed…Just this week I received the fabulous news that I am being hired on as a full time employee here at the company I have been on assignment for. "I just wanted thank you for your assistance on trying to obtain this mechanical assembly position for me and returning my phone calls so swiftly. Just to let you know I've worked for Staffing Solutions in the past...I think Staffing Solutions is the best when it comes to communicating and the enthusiam you show in helping people get placed with companies. I've dealt with other agencies and to sum it all up I've been disappointed.
