Our quality driven, human resource management solutions include temporary, temp-to-hire and direct placement services and recruitment process outsourcing.
Being an early adopter of technology solutions we recognized the potential of the internet and for the past decade have delivered software based recruitment solutions. Staffing solutions was among the very first to create online job postings and now provides enterprise wide internet based workforce management and applicant tracking solutions.
Our experienced team of staffing professionals and our broad in-depth industry knowledge, allow us to partner seamlessly with small and large organizations and meet their specific goals and objectives. Our Founder
Carmella Calta is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Staffing Solutions Enterprises. In 1974, Ms. Calta broke barriers for women in business by launching SSE in the volatile and competitive environment of staffing services. What began as a 2-person company has now expanded into a formidable multi-million dollar corporation with thousands of placements annually in 21 states.
Since 1974 Staffing Solutions Enterprises has become a leading provider of staffing resources for Administrative and Professional Personnel, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Vendor Management Solutions, Applicant Tracking and Payrolling Services. In 2005 and 2006, Ms. Calta guided her company’s sales growth to six times the industry average while saving her clients millions of dollars annually. This unheralded growth and savings continues in today’s present market making Staffing Solutions a “rare story” in the staffing industry.
While continuing to build Staffing Solutions Enterprises, Ms. Calta has continued to establish herself as one of Northeast Ohio’s most innovative entrepreneurs by launching four additional businesses - all of which have achieved a success equal to that of Staffing Solutions.
Over the years, Ms. Calta has been recognized as The Weatherhead 100 Service Company of the Year, National Association of Women Business Owners Top 10 and Crain’s Woman of Note. She remains an advocate of Northeast Ohio and is an active member of The United Way Service’s Learning and Earning for Life Vision Council and Board Chair of the Employers’ Resource Council.
